no. but they are easy. I don't have any right now I just throw on a tank/built in bra and put the pads in it

Not really... they are just easier to use.. and regular bras with wire can cause blocked ducts and mastitis

yes I find myself wearing them all the time.. not necessarily for nursing but for comfort!! my boobs are hard as rocks. sports bras work too.
