I remember mine would swell too when I was pregnant with my first after doing it, but the changes are totally normal (:

I haven't had any bleeding either .. When I was around 6/7 weeks after having sex I would swell up really bad it was awful.. And now due to like the blood flow and growing it's all puffy but I wouldn't say "swollen"

I haven't had any bleeding. but my ob said the swelling is normal I had it happen with my son too

Due to increased blood flow to your uterus , unless you have something else going on
