I also wanted to share a little secret with you all. Get your Vit D level checked, it's a lifesaver! Being that it's winter, we already have a lower level because less sunlight, which aides depression unfortunately. Then we also have our growing babies inside that need that extra vitamin so they suck it from us. This isn't a normal lab they check so question your Dr about it! I feel so much better emotionally since they checked mine and I had to double my Vit D intake.
