You're fine. You have more rights than he does at this point. He can go to court and legitimize the child through paternity. But also express your concerns and provide documentation to the court. Save everything. I doubt they will grant the out of state thing. I had someone go through the same thing and the judge granted visitations but the parent could not go out of state with the child.

in NH it seems pretty simple. if you don't want to cooperate with him on the baby then he can file a petition for visitation and custody, they'll have you do a paternity test for him and will probably grant him visitation and custody as far as imports the decisions need him to consent too as well, if the baby lives with you for at least 6mo then he will have to file in the stage you're in.. but most states aren't going to keep a dad away from his child if he has a steady income, no violent history or violent crimes, and is a good citizen.. they'll likely have you both make a parenting plan before thinking about even seeing you in court bc they try to avoid that... you can require child support though if he does move out of state and the state may actually require him to. @runner32
