really bad cramps like a period and major back pain... what can I do ??

@nani016, its just apart of being pregnant and to get u ready that's what they tell me round ligament pain as well they always send my ass home I be so damn mad

I get a lot of back pain and it not labor and contractions 😥😥😥

I put a heating pad on my back the pain hasn't eased up too much but anything is anything 🙌🙌 @missyowl92

Really bad period like cramps and back pain could mean labor. If it doesn't go away by switching positions I'd call your doctor.
