I would check with the dr. I have PCOS too. As I got older my boobs would get tender and I started having back and leg cramps all due to hormones. Metformin and clomid helped regulate my cycles and I finally got pregnant after 10+ years of trying
It can be hormones in general especially with PCOS
I have PCOS so my periods are all over the place so I can't really tell if it's late or not.

when my period was late my boobs killed me. it's like your body is working over time to get your period or something.. my boobs didn't start to hurt until I was around 7 weeks pregnant
