did anyone else have minor black outs in the first trimester? what causes them and should I be seriously concerned? it only happens when I stand up too fast or when I pick my son up really fast.

Do you drink enough water? I didn't completely black out but almost did a lot because I was dehydrated

Its normal hun. Its due to the hormonal changes and increase in blood volume. You may even be anemic, so tell your doctor about it when you go for your next appointment.

it's a drop in blood pressure. look up ortho static hypotension.

I do drink water not a lot though so I'll start drinking more
