Question: My son is 1 month old and he seems to be getting a diaper rash I think. small red bumps on the side of his leg. very few but I'm planning to call Dr tomorrow and ask. meanwhile any idea or suggestions?.

@mommytobe15, thank you I will keep an eye out for wet diapers. for now can I put baby Vaseline?

Change him frequently, and use aquaphor diaper rash cream..works really good.
