Anyone know how to un constipated a 5 week old!? He's pooping. But they're solid.(aka a sign of constipation) I already tried a Q tip with Vaseline. And it made him poop but it was a solid poop not a wet one! And idk if it's his formula or not because they aren't solid every day. Some day he has normal poops several times a day!

I've been told if the poop is like pebbles then that means they are constipated if not they are fine.

there isn't much you can do but to wait it out really I've dealt with that with my son.

that's awful poor thing my son just didn't poop in general so I'd have to wait. I think you can give a baby that small anything yet.

You can give him about 1 to 2 oz of 100% prune juice. That's what my pediatrician ordered I do for my daughter when she was a month and she's a preemie
