Not at all!!! Just feels like you peed a lot and it doesn't really stop! I got up to pee and it was just pouring out. And even 12 hours later it was still coming out! It was rather uncomfortable feeling like I was peeing myself every 2 minutes!

It was uncomfortable but not really painful.
