That's too early the babies lungs aren't even fully developed at 36 weeks.

@mrspickettamiyahsmom, not every pregnancy is the same. don't let anyone discourage you. I know plenty of mothers that delivered at 36 weeks and have healthy babies.

I would never wish for a premature baby ever! at my hospital that baby would be in the nicu atleast a week... you really should wait till atleast 39 weeks. there can become complications I saw a baby at 36 weeks not tolerate labor well and die because it wasn't ready to handel it.. it's not a safe thing! the only time a baby should come early is if it's medically nessissarily and your doctor would determine that

@mrspickettamiyahsmom, I understand how you feel. I'm being induced at 37 weeks and I'm glad I made the decision to so. As long as Dr says baby is good I would go for it. every baby develops at a different pace. As a RN we have to say wait, but as a mommy to be also with the education I'm going to say listen to your body, it knows what it can take.

@mrspickettamiyahsmom, that's exactly what I said but it's only "safe" if it's unsafe for baby to be in mom like you have high blood pressure or something is wrong with the baby and they are in distress occasionally they will induce if you have gestational diabetes and they know baby will be big to avoid c-section because that had a whole bother list of issues

I'm getting induced and I have no issues. this baby is simply weighing my body down. My Dr is ok with it. like I said every pregnancy is different and babies develop a different rates. you make your own birth plan and as long as you and baby are good, Dr will go with it.@mrspickettamiyahsmom,

I had my boy at 36 weeks healthy weight 6lbs11oz wasnt on the NICU even though he was considered preterm i had him on a saturday at 12:25am and left Sunday noon

Thanks ladies!! I love positive feedback it's just that my body is literally killing me to the point where it's hard to walk that's why I can't wait for her to come plus she's tall and I don't think I have anymore room left. @jjordan86. @lizette95
