Nothing will get rid of them if you already have them but use mederma it's for scars I used it on my stomach and it made my stretch marks fade I had to stop using it after a while though because it started drying my skin and making me itchy

I was told coconut oil helps. then after a surgery I used Palmers coco butter(pump bottle) mixed with vasoline every day sometimes twice a day
