They're way way too young and if you read the article it says that the police were called because someone suspected that the children were being mistreated, and then once the police got to the home to check on the boys that is when they noticed the tattoos. So clearly she's an unfit mother and was mistreating her kids. I highly doubt those boys wanted the tattoos. I mean what 12 year old even knows what ride or die means?? Definitely way too young, I could MAYBE understand if they were 16-17, but even then she isn't licensed.

My sister got a hip tattoo at 15! Of course mom said no and she went behind her back. BUT at even 12-13 hell no most kids don't even hit puberty at that age. For my child the answer would be no. Once they are old enough for a job then MAYBE.

did she do it hersel? if she's not licensed and used the same needl, they can get horrible infections

way too young, and she didn't have a license. tattooing can be very dangerous if you don't know what your doing.
