Is it normal for my Daughter to be on my breast for 15 minutes each and still be hungry and will drink 2oz of formula after breastfeeding?

How old is your daughter? She might just need to stay on the breast a little longer!

@mommy_baby_e, she's a month, but she will start crying and being fussy after a while being on my breast

I use to think that I wasn't producing enough cause my son (who's two months today) would whine and get fussy and act like nothing was coming out but really he just wanted it to come faster. When she is done feeding try and hand express some from both sides and see if anything comes out. If it does she's definitely getting some. Do you wait til she's really hungry ad crying to feed her? I use to wait till my son would cry for me and quickly realized that by that point he is too hungry to eat calmly. Try feeding her as soon as she gets grumpy

It's probably a growth spurt! Whenever babies go thru them they often want to constantly be on the breast. When they're cluster feeding it's telling your body to produce more milk. Just let her stay on the breast and don't supplement otherwise your supply could tank.

Yeah leave her on your breast longer it would help your milk supply.
