Am I over reacting? I legit feel like moving back in with my mom instead of staying with my boyfriend and his parents…

Am I over reacting? I legit feel like moving back in with my mom instead of staying with my boyfriend and his parents because both him and his mother told me breastfeeding is gross because "no one wants to see a woman pull her boob out to feed her child" and my boyfriend said women who breastfeed in public should go sit in a bathroom to feed their child. I've never been so mad because I was raised that breastfeeding is normal and should be done if the baby can breastfeed. Like they are fighting me on it talking about how gross it is even though they know my point of view they insist that our son should be formula fed when he gets here.

@graciesmom2016, it's not even like I'm planning on breastfeeding in public anyways. I'm planning on pumping and keeping milk on us at all time when we aren't home but if we run out while out and about I'm not going to let our child scream and cry cause he is hungry.

@casslovepink, that's what I told them. I was like how about you go sit in the nasty bathroom and eat or put a cover over your face cause I don't want to see y'all eating.

Breastfeeding IS normal, it was once the only way to feed a baby. Some people may not want to see your boob but that's their problem. If you need to cover up a little okay, but to call you gross is way over the line. Especially for the father of your child to say that. I'm sorry you have every right to do as you see fit for your baby

That's like telling him to go sit in the bathroom to eat his food , breast feeding is completely normal !

#mombassadorchat Happy World Breastfeeding Week! Please share your breastfeeding stories and tips! Hi everyone! @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom here. For today's chat we're going to talk about breastfeeding and pumping in honor of World Breastfeeding Week! Both can seem complicated or stressful, but remember you have lots of support here! With my first son I had things going against us for breastfeeding. I wish I knew back when he was younger that we could have still tried! With my second son I was determined to breastfeed, and even though he was born 11 weeks early I wasn't going to let that stop us from trying to breastfeed! For 7 weeks I pumped every 2 1/2-3 hours on the dot to establish and maintain my milk supply. When your little one is born early they usually need time to master sucking, swallowing, and breathing so I wasn't able to nurse right away. When my son was 33 weeks gestational (so 4 weeks old) we were finally able to latch on, and he did great! By 36 weeks gestational we had successfully started breastfeeding, and today marks 21 months of actual at-breast breastfeeding for us! I am passionate in trying to help moms-to-be and moms with breastfeeding and/or pumping, but I support moms who choose not to or for other reasons cannot breastfeed. Remember, I mentioned I didn't breastfeed my first son. I understand both sides. Breastfeeding isn't always easy, but I believe it's at least worth trying! Please help me celebrate World Breastfeeding Week by sharing your tips, questions, concerns, product recommendations, or anything else breastfeeding and pumping related! Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
