Anybody feel dehydrated when they get up in the morning? Then when u chug a glass of water u feel sick? Ugh this is me every morning!!!!
yesssss. all the time. sipping helps. and if you keep water next to the bed every time you wake up in the night drink some water. helps keep you hydrated.
sip the water. chugging can make anyone feel nauseous. and morning sickness even worse! lol. not what is wanted
I usually do sip it but today I was just so thirsty lol
