No. they say the fumes are not safe until all the baby's major developements are finished in second trimester.

Yes. Keep it well ventilated and I suggest wearing an ear loop mask. But it's best to wait until the second trimester

My doctor told me as long as I was in a well ventilated area I was fine, but I was around 14 weeks with both my babies to dye my hair. As long as you aren't breathing in the fumes, you're fine, and that's not even just for pregnancy that's just in general obviously.
