How can you tell in utero who baby a & b are?

@princevince, I have no clue. the tech can tell based on positioning. and they are always sizing the same so I guess they are right!

I was asking because I would hear at my appointment oh baby a is always doing this baby b is always doing that so the mommy knows which one is which. Like they asked her to do kick counts for both. I'm thinking to myself how would you even know which one is which
