how are you guys dealing with constipation? the apple juice isn't helping at all.

I've been having this issue too. My aunt is an OBGYN and she said to take Miralax.

I always go thru this now I just deal with it

i like eating soy beans, aka edamame

A glass of room temp water in the am before you get out of bed might help. Try Metamucil also. Good luck mama!
