I really need advice I don't know what to do I can not get my baby to calm down and stop crying. this has been going on for hours I've fed her changed her gave her some gas relief since she had gas thought it could be a belly ache tried her swing with lullabies and heart beat sounds and vibration no change tried patting her back AND holding her and still nothing has helped I dont know how to help her or what to do

might be colic....I agree with @ktwins188 my daughter had it when she was around 2 wks old. it's horrible..... she'd just cry for hours almost every night for like 2 wks.... but yea if you don't think she's sick it could Def be colic.... which means unfortunately they have to just go through it :( good luck mama!
last... swaddle her really tight! These are all the things that have helped me.
if you don't think she's sick then look up "the 5 S's-the happiest baby on the block" on YouTube. This works to get my daughter to stop crying. I also play a white noise YouTube video for her... look up "womb sounds heartbeat" on YouTube. I play the one that's 90 mins long (it has a German name on the video).
I'm with you! My daughter hasn't been sleeping well since 1am and has been fuzzy. Not crying so much but having a hard time sleeping. First time this happens. I changed her diaper, fed her, got up got out the room with her, pacifier, she sleeps then wakes up(like for 5 min and Wales up).
When my daughter cried like that she turned out to be very sick. Trust your gut, but don't be afraid to take her to the dr/ER.
maybe step outside for a very quick minute. the cold air sometimes helps my girl calm down.
yeaah poor baby. is she burping after feeding because that can help also
