I don't understand Tylenol dosage...my son weighs 18 pounds but is only six months. The chart says like 12-17 pounds 4-11 months old give 2.5 and 18-25 pounds 12-23 months 3.75 like this makes no sense 😕 what do you ladies think?

It definitely goes by weight! I recommend giving him 3.75, if you're nervous maybe just do 3. This is a good dosage chart that's been approved by my kids pediatrician.

also the children's tylenol is the same as infants just cheaper 😜

my daughter's pediatrician told us to go by weight...she's 20 pounds and get 3.75.
