I didn't have to fast for the 1 hr but I did for the 3 hr

I didn't fast they just told me to not eat anything sugary

ya they had me do the 1 hour one and was like since your here you wanna do it n get it done with lol! they did call me and ask me if I had been fasting though cuz my sugar dropped to 34!! but I'm hypoglycemic so sometimes I have trouble keeping it up, but for the most part I'm pretty good about keeping it up

That's the same for my doctor. I do mine tomorrow

@ethansmommy2016, they told me not to and to just eat a normal balanced meal before if I was going to eat

@kzp, My dr didn't make me fast either, he said it was unnecessary

My dr never said anything I was just in my appt one day and they brought in my drink they never even told me before that they were going to give it to me and I work overnight so I had eaten prior to my appt

Eat protein and nothing sweet, I failed my 1 hour bc I ate 3 grapes😮 Then I had to take the 3hr but I passed
