Is the Sugar test as bad as people make it out to be?

I ALMOST THROW IT UP HALF WAY DOWN.

It wasn't bad at all for me. I got the orange flavor, and it tasted like a flat Sprite to me. I drank it in 3 minutes. I never felt sick or anything after chugging it. I was fine the entire hour. I was kinda hangry though, since she said I couldn't eat or drink right after I drank it. 😂

The drink can make you feel nauseous if you drink it too fast but it really just tastes like flat orange soda mixed with orange koolaid if you get the orange one or just really sweet fruit punch if you get the red one. After the test just drink a bunch of water and you'll feel better
