I drink soda all the time

me... i have been drinking them everyday since I was like 7 so now if I go too long without caffeine it makes me physically sick.. it's terrible.. I've definitely cut back some but I still drink on a daily basis. and my baby girl is perfectly healthy

I drank soda and coffee and my boys were born at 37 weeks are have no problems, other than teeth trying to cut thru already 😭😭 caffeine is just as a precaution in your first trimester cuz that's when everything develops

I drink it a lot as well unfortunately I try to substitute water through the day just to stay hydrated (I hate hate water) but so far my baby boy is perfect :)

I was the same I did so good only drinking water now I'm like I want soda!!! If I truly need it I drink like 1 can that day with my last pregnancy I craved soda had it all the time he a healthy happy boy!

I was so good the first 2 trimesters. I did drink 2-3 8 oz cups of iced tea a day but was well underneath the 200mgs caffeine. Third trimester though...I've been all about that Diet Coke. It's terrible but I crave it so bad.
