my doctor said just the saline spray cause its basically just salt water but the regular nasal spray has that warning on it about if pregnant or breastfeeding ask a Dr.

That should be ok, it's just Saline Spray. that will help moisten up your nose so it'll come out. You can always ask your doctor. I had my boys thru UT so that's where I got some of my info from

Nasacort is fine to use, that's what my docs gave me for a stuffy nose
