Quick question. So my son will be 1 on Wednesday can I introduce him to regular milk mixed with formula when he turns one or do I need his drs OK?

that should give you the information you need. Make sure you're giving him whole milk, their bodies need the extra vitamin A&D and also the extra calories to maintain a healthy weight.
He eats food all day & drinks milk all day long I don't nurse him until nap time or bed time. He drinks like 5 bottles a day & he eats 3 big meals & snacks in between

OK I gave him a half a oz in his bottle just to start with this evening. how do you know she's eating enough food to make up for the formula? how many times does she eat food a day and how many bottles of regular milk to you give her a day? My son has 3 cans of formula left and I want them to be the last of the formula sorry for all the questions lol @their.bomb.ass.mom
Yeah I think it'll be fine, I started my daughter like a week after she turned 11 months, and I just stopped giving it to her when we ran out of cans and she was okay with milk, which that was about a week ago that we stopped formula.

I just did half and half, and I gave it 2 weeks, and she acted normal and was pooping fine so I did just regular milk and she's been on it ever since. But you could do it that way you were talking about if you wanted. I honestly probably should have but didn't think about it like that.
How long did you give it before you did regular milk? Should I do a oz of regular milk with formula for a week then just keep adding more milk each week? @their.bomb.ass.mom
I went ahead and did it, my daughter will be 1 the 16th. We mixed formula with regular milk, until I thought she was okay with it, then we just did regular milk by itself.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
