i need advice...

just had my appointment. first time seeing my doc since having those awful contractions a couple days ago. im still dilated to a 1. im feeling really crushed because her dad leaves overseas for an entire year on saturday and i dont think she will he born before then. this has all been so hard for me. i need a miracle in the next 4 days...what can i do to bring this on? ive tried walking, bumpy car ride, lots of castor oil, spicy food, running stairs. all of it. her father and i arent together but we are cordial. so sex isnt an option. ugh i cant stop crying.
