anyone find the first poo after having your baby painful? i had second degree tear and so scared of pooing :(

yeah it does a bit but more uncomfortable. I've had 4 babies and everyone I was scared about going as I suffered with bad piles too 😯 drink loads of water too and it should help you not to get constipated but it's normal to not go straight after u have had baby xx
ouchy I remember feeling like my insides wer coming out. x
worst thing you can do is hold it in. go when u need but I found using a pad to push onto your stitches whole u go helps xx

Juliet is officially potty trained she goes pee pee and poo poo in the potty success before 2 years of age! My daughter was not actually sitting in this car seat while I was trying to load up my other children she got into this car seat trying to make her older sister mad I thought it was a cute picture so I took it some people got sensitive about this picture.

So I had my weekly appointment with the same batch who made me feel horrible about my weight and said if we're to gain more, I'll have a c-section. Well she didnt bring up weight today. She did the cervix check, was rude the whole time, and made me feel like poo. She said if I couldn't take getting my cervix checked, I'll need an epidural. Well for one, you made me bleed and two, you were really rough. She told me I'd be spotting today. I even said before, I never wanted her again...
Potty training help!!!
Lola is 3, 4 in January and we are still no where near dry. I just don’t know what to do anymore. We’ve done the reward charts and all that other stuff but it’s just not working.
She wears knickers all day and is constantly wet. She won’t even notice it’s happened and then just suddenly announces “I need to go change my knickers”

I am so blessed the pain was all worth it😍😍 had the pessary around 2pm apparently I was having contractions didn't know it. Got checked at 9pm was 5cm. I felt the need to go poo🙈 at 9.30. And baby Nala was born at 9.36 pm weighing 6lbs 10oz done it all natural I'm so proud can't stop looking at her 😍😍
I had a cut nothing major but it's scarier than it is it didn't hurt me but I was so scared xx
