Any remedies for an extremely sore throat? Started out with a cough and it progressively got worse. I've tried NyQuil and alkaseltzer cold and cough drops. It's hurts so bad!

oil pull with coconut oil. slosh it around for as long as you can and gargle it. do not swallow it!
