with both of my pregnancies i didnt start feeling symptoms till they confirmed tht i was pregnant

With my first, I was feeling pregnant 2 weeks after conception (so I guess 4 weeks pregnant) and it's been about the same this time around.

I didn't feel different till my period was 1 day late
