ok so I just woke up to pee and started getting these really bad gas like pains I've had like 4 of them in the last 20 mins. the weird part is I don't have gas and I feel it in my back as well very painful could this be labor pains? I'm 39 weeks 3 days have a scheduled c-section tomorrow.
