I'm sorry if this is tmi but how the hell do I keep getting hemorrhoids?? ugh!!

I used to get hemorrhoids easily before pregnancy . so after it I was taking my prenatals plus folic acid and iron. and I stopped iron because of that.. I can't be my whole pregnancy struggling to poop 😡 and getting hemorrhoids. nope .
