When did you mommas lift car seat with baby in it after c section?

About two weeks after.

yeah it was i kept feeling pulling really bad then one day it felt like a pop and thats when the stitch ripped open. and idk i wanted to be supermom😂🔫

Was it obvious when it happneed? I'm so scared to rip mine lol! @sandycheeks yes that isn't the smartest! Why didn't you take any?

i never used pain meds once i left hospital either so i had no relief😂😑 worst decision ever lol

my stitch came out so it was just an open hole on one side. wasnt much bleeding just a little. doc didnt think it was too bad so he just put butterfly strip on it to help close it back up. but it def hurt!

When you ripped it did you start bleeding from incision or how did you know? @sandycheeks

i had no choice. i carried my baby in the day i came home😂 and picked him and my 1 year up constantly 1 year old wasnt walking yet. did rip stitches. so i would say no more than 10 pounds until 6 weeks like most doc recommend. if you have to you can always just take baby out of the carseat😊

yes a pulling sensation is normal 😊👍

I wouldn't lift until the pulling stops , tears aren't fun and it's not worth rushing , please be careful

I don't hurt but I feel a pulling feeling? Is that normal? I had one a week and a half ago and got off my pain meds yesterday @mrshutchison1

I had 3 c sections I did it as soon as I stopped hurting
