I'm a cna and I do stretches all the time. I'm always running too. I went to the hospital couple weeks ago and they said I have to take it easy. So I just might be doing that
call your OB. I know doing lunges and stretches help. they hurt a lot ahead of time but help in the end. or a really warm bath with Epsom salt. your baby is getting bigger and bigger so that could be making you uncomfortable.
