Lucky my baby doesn't latch on he has a hard time so I try and pump but I think I'm drying up cause I don't cover up and hardly pump
If I pump I only pump once a day usually in the morning. And my daughter is breastfed pretty much all the time
Just ones you make. I usually do oatmeal chocolate chip ones. For whatever reason the cookies make my supply go up a lot in 24hrs and I don't add anything special I just make them by the directions
I just eat oatmeal cookies and within 24hrs I see a difference in my milk
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
Can the cereal be add to the breast milk?

Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎
What can I do to increase milk supply?
Pump even when baby is not hungry or eating. Milk production is stimulated by the sucking sensation.
