I just don't get it... I took 2 tests saying I was pregnant I even missed a period and I've been having all the symptoms like sleep a lot nausea sore breath and cramping but yet I still don't think I am I feel like it's all in my head :(

I'm also 20 weeks and I still don't really feel pregnant either. I just take a deep breath and imagine my baby is just doing it's own thing, not checking in with me....lol.

Yes 18 weeks haven't got sick or anything no signs of pregnancy but for some reason I still have another heart beat in me lol
