1:30am...wide awake this insomnia is a nightmare!! Anyone got any cures? I'll be asleep until at least 12pm tomorrow but can't seem to break this cycle I'm in. To be fair my sleep pattern will change anyway but hate being awake so late!!

Im the same I fall asleep about 3 then wake up at 7 fall back asleep about 9ish and get up at 12! Not good when u have exams xx
