when i was around 20 weeks my baby stopped moving at all for an entire week, I was obviously freaking out and went in and they did a "non stress test" where they monitor the babys heart beat and she was completely fine, after a week she started moving again just as much as before and now she wont stop kicking me in the ribs!

Its definitely worth going in to check and make sure your baby is okay, but just know that you dont need to be super worried until you know.

The rule of thumb thumb is 10 movements in 2 hrs if not go to L n D

yes but only a couple of times? i may just be worrying too much and freaking myself out but i just wish he could tell me if hes ok or when hes coming

I have heard that they move less the farther along you are since they have no more room to grow.
