Any mommys start smoking after having the baby? i did (never inside or around the baby) but i now wanna quit but its hard because its relieves the stress of aniexty of leaving my baby. i need advice!

its is. and i have cut back alot bc i bought one of thise vapes but i still want a real cigarette at least once a day... it just hard bc i am a working mom so i have to leave my baby. he is home with his dad but i have aniexty about leaving him in general. i know he is safe but idk how to explain it.
