could maybe ask her? when I was pregnant I was very hormonal and had mood swings. but never did I question my relationship with my husband or the fact I was pregnant (1st was planned 2nd wasnt). but then all women deal with pregnancy differently

I'm sorry to hear about your situation @fatherof4 , I'm 22 weeks currently and find myself questioning whether or not I'm ready for a lifetime commitment but minutes later I feel stupid for even questioning about it because I'm so I love with my hubby and couldn't imagine life without him. Maybe your wife needs more attention and feels she isn't getting enough from you so she's looking to other people? In her case, it's her Ex, which she may feel comfort by because she's had that assurance of him being a past comfort to her.. I don't know how else to put it. Try to give her more attention by maybe a nice date night without the kids, cell phones and anything else, connect with her again. She's going through a lot right now and probably just wants more support even if you feel like you are giving plenty. Good luck I hope everything works out for you.
