I've only put on a stone...I weigh less than I did pre pregnancy so assume I will weigh even less after birth. All the weight is on my bump as I haven't put it on anywhere else. I was quite active before pregnancy. I went Ice Skating a lot. Played a bit of badminton too :) I've always eaten whatever I've fancied etc I weighed close to 16 stone before pregnancy. Went down to 14, in the first trimester due to just being able to eat Salad and Cereal..as loads of other things made me really nauseous. Once I could eat properly again I started gaining slowly from about 27 weeks and now weigh a bit over 15. I have a friend that put on 4 stone during pregnancy. After birth she lost 2 stone without doing anything in 2 weeks (breast feeding probably helped a bit) I have this cool blender for making smoothies or anything you want :) It is really neat and I totally recommend it. I will include a pic :)

I was reading an article about Helen Flannagan I'm not a massive fan but she looks fab after her baby. She eats: porridge and honey, cereal bar mid am, some kind of salad for lunch, fruit or veg sticks mid pm then a nice balanced meal for tea like steak and veg. And she did loads of walking with the pram. So I'm basically punching her ideas for after the birth but going to give myself few weeks to get into a routine...and give myself a year overall to get to my goal...labours not fun so we must be kind to ourselves but not let things slide either xx

if you exercised before you was pregnant then it should be fine to carry on what you was doing but just do everything slower and less.. same with jogging.. bike riding.. swimming.. walking there all good for you but in the right doses.. I've stayed active through my pregnancy yoga swimming and i walk loads every day every woman is diffrent and every woman nos there limits @b.margyte x
