@babybermea, I did go in with my toes and nails done and makeup on but after hours of pushing and hurting u really don't care I guess having a csection u could do that because ur not pushing or in pain for hours @babybermea

I give you props for pampering yourself.I wanted to but my whole labor time including at home I could only nap for a few minutes. I wanted a pedi done but I was so exhausted. I want one next time though!

@tae23 makeup isn't for your husband or the baby .. Your husband better not judge your giving birth lol it's more for your self to feel put together if your a women who likes it ... I never get dressed up for any one but my self I like to feel presentable

@marieterrell92, yes that's what my mom said happened to her too and is very common when it's time it's time

@their.bomb.ass.mom, if my water breaks do I still have time if I'm at home or just if I have contractions ... I have time to do my hair

I went post nap to the hospital. honestly having no makeup on and whatnot was a blessing and my SO still looked at me and called me beautiful the whole time and my son could care less how I looked. I labored 3 days at home and 18 hours at the hospital.

this will be me, I'll shower and do my hair I'm not a big makeup wearer

I didn't have time for any of that cuz my water was gushing :/ it was embarrassing in the elevator cuz everyone stared at me when it happens at the hospital. I wish I could of at least done my hair.

I didn't do all that, but I did shower, straighten my hair, and apply makeup while having contractions. 😂 Probably will this time too, depending on what goes down.

At least I'm going to make sure my girl downstairs decent
