That was me yesterday all I was able to eat was toast and drink water to keep myself hydrated

crackers and maybe try some chicken noodle soup later if your able to hold down the crackers. stay hydrated as well. hope you feel better

@princesscamilasmommy, your welcome. it's almost having to do the BRAT diet. the banana, rice, Apple and toast when your sick. also good for babies when their a little older. also you can sip on some sprite or 7up as well...But drink lots of water. I found when I had morning sickness I would eat unsalted crackers and have some sprite in the morning to help me and even through out the day as well.

It was bad cause I also suffer with really bad acid reflux with this pregnancy for the past 7 months now so that on top of a stomach ache was horrible I had to sleep sitting up for these 2 nights 😭 @princesscamilasmommy

I'm not a fan of it lol I love my koolaid only I feel like Gatorade taste like watery juice I won't keep it down lol @rachelirene

@rachelirene, I did power aid. the white cherry and the lemon one was the only ones I could handle. the others gave me heartburn

yes & power aid. it's just all I can keep down with this morning sickness & been to the er 3 times & have hg/hyperemesis. :'( @princesscamilasmommy @missnaty @ash1987

@rachelirene, you should try Bolthouse juice..the green one and blue one. loaded with B6 and taking extra B6 helps with morning sickness. you can find it at Wal-Mart next to the naked juice.

they gave me the pill cause I was nd gaining weight and I'm still not gaining the normal weight you gain. I've gain 7 pounds this whole pregnancy. I'm always asked if I'm eating. it's hard when you have morning sickness and don't crave much or eat what you crave and then get sick. @rachelirene

Try peppermints, they helped me with mine. I didn't want to take more pills that I had to so I try ed those when xmas passed I got the mini candy canes they work just as fine as the regular peppermints.

@rachelirene, my pregnancy has been a journey. pregnant with the Mirena still in, we think I was pregnant with twins and lost one, blood clot that just now went away that was on my uterus, past my first kidney stone at 12 weeks (the was horrible), pneumonia and made it through surgery and pain medicine at 10 days pregnant last May. so she's been through it all and growing just right and weighing right.
