I have been having terrible lower back pain & constant crampy feeling ALL night, I changed positions and still is there.. should I be concerned or are they just Braxton Hicks?

Yeah, the cramps will start mild and will gradually grow in pain than stop & come back. Same with my back pain.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
