do contractions really have to be unbearable to "know" when its time? I'm not talking about BH contractions I'm talking the real deal. I feel like every woman says its a pain that you can't bare and it'll make you know when its time but I feel like sometimes women can handle pain diff or maybe the contractions really aren't that bad before labor. any input? I'm having sharp pinching pain every 30 min in my cervix but I didn't lose my plug or have my water break. idk what to do.
I never felt mine so believe me everyone is different
Everyone is different there's no way of really knowing until it happens to you. personally when I go into labor it is very unbearable, & I have a pretty high pain tolerance..
I'm asking the same question. Everyone is different
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??
is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.
No they don't have to be painful and you can still labor with out losing your mucous plug and water breaking. Since its 30 minutes apart Id say take a bath and try to rest. If it's the real thing that 30 mins should start to get closer n closer. Your breathing might even change.
