don't do castor oil the baby can make a STOL in it's water and baby can get very very sick don't do it

if you consider castor oil research as much as you can it has so very very negative side effects

Bounce on a ball I did for 30 mins and went into labor few hours later:)

I was dilated to a 4 when I did this and went into labor a few hours after. but I did about 30 squats and I would sit on the edge of my bed and bounce for like 30-45 minutes then I would in best description bend over and lean on the bed and do twerking motions for about 10 minutes I did this for a few hours and like I said I went into labor not long after

my bf sister said she drank castrol oil but do your own research cause i wouldnt do it but it worked for her
