Ok ladies I need some help... please? I've had terrible nausea and sickness to the point im vomitting stomach acids. I know I'm severly dehydrated at this point what can I do? I'm trying to avoid the hospital due to cost. I'm drinking water and trying to eat fruit.

Get Pedialyte and freeze them in an ice tray and suck on them. Get the flavored kind I can't do the normal kind at least you will get electrolytes and rehydrated.

Freeze some Gatorade until it's kinda slushy that may help , but this was me about a week ago it's so difficult to get rehydrated when your pregnant I say go ahead and go to the ER if your waiting on Medicade coverage they will pick up the bill when you get approved its better safe than sorry . I hope you feel better soon sweetie

Pedialyte will hydrate you better than anything else. It will also help settle your stomach. Also they make these little things that are kinda like cough drops, but they're ginger, & they help with nausea. Seaband bracelets saved me from nausea the best though! They are awesome!
