It's horrible they can get so dirty some time I be like wtf and when he gets in the shower he have black stuff everywhere

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
