I lay on both sides, and even my back still. With my first I did as well, until I got to 35 weeks and couldn't lay on anything but my left side. My doctor told me whatever was comfortable, but left is recommend. I just can't stay on one side forever.

I never heard it was dangerous to sleep on your right side.. I rotate between my left and right side all night long. I know they say not to sleep on your back.

The only reason it's considered better to lay on your left side is because it promotes maximum blood flow between you and your baby. 💕 Laying on your right side won't do any harm, though. 😊

Yes you can lay on your right side specially if your uncomfortable on your left side.

i slept on both sides whit my boys and with this one i find my self sleeping on my back more. he will be fine its not like you dont turn in your sleep anyways

thanks ladies. Ik doctor have said they recommend left side even when your not pregnant because of the way your stomach lays and it helps to empty. I lay on both side and my back but I'm always somewhat elevated if I lay flat I feel like I'm being suffocated by my boobs. lol
