my stomach keeps getting really hard, its not like painful. . its happend throughout my pregnancy but now its happening a lot.. what is it
Yea my contractions with my 3rd weren't painful in the beginning but I started to notice a pattern and I noticed my breathing changed. Yes you time them from when they start til they end then once you get about maybe 5 like that you should be able to tell how far apart they are. Even if it's not consistent there should still be some type of pattern.
I got braxton hicks that weren't painful all throughout my pregnancy especially towards the end. I can't tell you about early labor, because I slept through it. 😂 But I wouldn't time them unless they worsened or go on for a longer period of time. And find a contraction timer app, they help tons.
You can download a contraction timer called Full Term. Once you start feeling one, hit the 'start timer' button. Once it stops, hit stop. It will record the pattern and time them for you @xomerimanxo
how do i time them like when it starts and then stops, and right down the time and then repeat?
My contractions with my son were like that in the beginning....no pain, just kept tightening. Definitely time them like @sarahemccormick said.
really if they arent pain ful? they r a lot.. exp today @sarahemccormick
Yea so if one starts at 1:55 then goes completely away at 2 then that's 5 mins. And so on and so forth. Mines with my last one was like every 3 mins then every minute. Then every 3 then every minute. Just look for the pattern
